A. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of Study Hub Bangla (https://studyhubbangla.com). By using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

B. Eligibility and parent/guardian responsibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Study Hub Bangla. If you are a parent/guardian enrolling or supervising a child, you are responsible for the child's account and for supervising their use.

C. Accounts and login

You may register using email/password or through Google Sign-In (when enabled). Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

D. Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is an optional login method. If you choose Google Sign-In you must use an account you are authorized to use. Google Sign-In is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. Study Hub Bangla uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate you and obtain basic profile information as documented in our Privacy Policy.

E. Courses and learning content

Course content is provided by instructors and may be subject to additional rules. Access to paid courses or restricted content is governed by payment and access controls where applicable. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

F. Live classes and conduct

Live classes are scheduled by instructors. Users must follow instructor guidance and community rules. Personal attacks, harassment, or unsafe private messaging are prohibited. Support and moderation tools are available and used to keep the environment safe.

G. Parent dashboard

Parents/guardians who are linked to learners may view linked learners’ progress, course access, quiz results, and certificates. Parents are responsible for managing links and reporting incorrect associations to support.

H. Payments, course access, refunds

Where payments are offered, payment provider terms apply. Specific refund or access extension policies will be displayed at purchase or communicated by Study Hub Bangla. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing and billing information.

I. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to post illegal content or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

J. Intellectual property

Course materials and platform content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Instructors or Study Hub Bangla retain ownership as described by individual course terms. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without permission.

K. User content, messages and discussions

Users may post comments, questions, and other content. By posting you grant Study Hub Bangla a license to display and use that content for platform operation. Content may be moderated or removed under our community rules.

L. Platform availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party service failures may affect availability.

M. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or policies, or for legal reasons. Upon termination, access to content may be removed.

N. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process personal data.

O. Disclaimers

The platform and content are provided "as is" and we disclaim certain warranties to the extent permitted by law.

P. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Study Hub Bangla's liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited.

Q. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes where appropriate, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
